Returns:

To be able to return, your item must be unused, in the original, unopened packaging. If you'd like to return any items, it must be done within 30 days. If it is after 30 days no refund can be made. Please email us at fjmpublishingllc@gmail.com for a return application. Your return application will be reviewed and either approved or denied within 7-14 days.   If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment upon the return of the product.

 

Damages /Exchanges:

Any damages to product please email us at fjmpublishingllc@gmail.com. Tell us about the damage, send pictures.

Due to Covid-19 orders may arrive late. We are not responsible for any shipments that arrive late, but you are more then welcome to email us at fjmpublishingllc@gmail.com and we'd be happy to track your package or find out what is going on for you!

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any and all items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are prepaying to receive your monster before it hits anywhere else!

This means the plush monsters are in production stages as we speak. Production stages should be completed and sent to us in SPRING 2022. They could come sooner than Spring but we want to leave room for any errors.

Why? Because overseas production comes with a variety of challenges, including the potential for damaged items, delays in production and shipping, even unforeseen costs. We have done our best to calculate production times and costs as accurately as possible. Shipping can be difficult, and since we will be fulfilling the orders ourselves, there is some room for human error. Of course, if there are any issues all you have to do is let us know at fjmpublishingllc@gmail.com and we will work to fix the problem as quickly as we can.
